“Challenge equals change.” You’ve probably seen that motto floating around your Instagram on #workoutwednesday or #motivationmonday, but we’re borrowing it from the gym and taking it into the bedroom for a hotter, wilder S3@.x:’ life.
“Trying new S3@.x:’ positions will inevitably lead to the discovery of new sensations as you experiment with a range of angles and movements,” says Jessica O’Reilly, Ph.D., host of the Drive Him Wild webinar. “There are an infinite number of pathways to pleasure, and if you stick with the same position every single time, you’re unlikely to unleash your full S3@.x:’ual potential.”
But if you’ve got more than 10 minutes to spare and you’re ready to kick things up a notch, try these positions from O’Reilly’s The New S3@.x:’ Bible.
1. Topsy Turvy
How to do it: For the yogis out there, this is a supported shoulder stand. Lie on your back with your legs together. Place your hands under your hips with your elbows on the floor to support your hips and lower back. Then, lift your legs straight up, perpendicular to the floor. Have him kneel in front of you and insert his Pen.!s at a downward angle. Place your feet over his shoulders for more support.
Why it’s hot: The angle of him inside you offers a tight fit, making him feel bigger.
2. Side saddle
How to do it: He lies down flat along one edge of the bed or couch, while you sit on top, with both of your feet on the floor.
Why it’s hot: This twist on the usual cowgirl position offers a new view for him, plus the sideways position stimulates your cervix and V@.g!nal walls in a new way.
3. Mile High Club
How to do it: Kneel on the floor with your forearms resting on the bed in front of you as he stands behind you and lifts your hips so that your legs can wrap around him.
Why it’s hot: He’ll have to hold you up while he thrusts in and out can you say athletic? Plus, this angle allows for even deeper penetration.
4. S3@.x:’y Splits
How to do it: Have him lie down flat, while you position one knee between his legs and your other foot over his shoulder in a lunging position. Lower yourself down on top of him.
Why it’s hot: You control the depth and speed while grinding your vulva against him for extra stimulation.
5. Pull -up
How to do it: For this one, you’ll need to install a pull-up bar in your doorframe. (We told you this was for advanced players only.) Grab the bar above as he stands in front of you. As he enters you, wrap your legs around his waist. He’ll support you as he controls the movements.
Why it’s hot: Your swinging motion from above will create a whole new feeling and rhythm.
