I waited and waited but the caller never called back, I went to Bright's place and told them about the call, Alex wanted calling the police but I obstructed her and told her the warning.
Me:- we dont know who the person is and they might be watching us
Bright:- thats true, so what do we do now?
Me:- lets wait for the call.
We all unanimously agreed to that idea.
The cold weather became hot, we went to her working place to inquire if there is anyone who might have had a beef or some quarrel with her before the accident happened but all we could get from the manager was "White is an easy going lady, she has no enemies and she jokes with everyone, she's a free spirited model". We left in disappointment as our search for the anonymous kidnapper continues. I tried calling back the kidnapper's line but it wasn't reachable. Still worried I head back home lost in thoughts. That night the kidnapper called again.
Me:- (angrily) who are you?!! What do u what?! Release my lady!!!! ( I spoke out before d person on the other side of the phone could speak).
Caller:- hello! Kuz.. You have the gods to call this bitch your lady?? (With an angry tone) Anyways she's alive and I can't add well to that,
" who are u" what do u want!!" Was all I kept yelling.
Caller:- (laughs sarcastically) so lover boy can be this afraid. Well this is Jane and do u think u can get away just like that? U went to have another girl!!
Me:-( opened my eye balls, I was so shocked with my mouth opened). Jane?! What have you done??
What do u mean by what u just said? Release her now or I call the police.
Jane:- (clicks her tongue within her mouth) don't try that, do u want her funeral so quick?
Me:- (now she sounds desperate, I calmed down) what do u want, let's talk this out¿.
Jane:- I will send u an address come alone and don't call the cops or else I will disappear with her for good. #call hangs#.

It wasn't long I got d msg containing the address, I don't know if I should tell bright and Alex or just go alone. That night I was troubled. I went to Bright's place I wanted speaking but I couldn't.
Alex:- has the kidnapper called?
Me:- not yet!
My action showed I was keeping something and troubled but being that we all have faced some terrible things lately I wasn't closely observed.
¶ I left Alex's house around 9pm and set off for the address sent to me by Jane.
I got there, it was an house far from the city, it was an isolated area. Two men approached me, switched off my phone and searched me after which dey ushered me in. There I saw the devil her self seated and white tied and taped, she looked rough and out of breath. I tried running to her but I was stopped by the men. "Baby its gonna be alright" I said to white.
Me:- what is all these? (I vocal furiously facing Jane)
Jane:- u have the gods to cheat on me? How dare u?!
Me:- u and I never had anything serious so what's all these?
Jane:- (she walks to me and try doing some unknown moves) u see kuz I love u and I want you, but u hurt me by cheating on me.
Me:- ( I pushed her off) u and I were just friends with benefits! I never told u, u were my girlfriend or lover and what are u doing around, I thought u have resumed work (this time my voice was high and in temper)
Jane:- she ordered the men to tie me up and she went into another room. The men did light beating on me as she ordered them. The night passed away.
Early the next morning the devil came out as she ordered the men loose me and to retire outside.
White had woken up and barely struggling for strength.
Jane:- let's end all these. U will f**k me in front of this bitch as a punishment for her and u must never come close to her again. Break up with her.
Me:- (I smiled sarcastically) never!!! I screamed and she's not a bitch!! U scumbag!! Jane moves closer and gave me a hot slap I felt in my spine. "Say that again and I will have u dealt with" she says. I kept laughing to frustrate her.

She brings out a gun, pointing it at me, "sex me" she says. (Seems this babe dey mad sha, u and who for where? Tufiapa!(God forbid). She then shoots white on the arm?!. "Do it now or else next one goes into her leg". I felt the tears and scream of great pain from White's location even tho her mouth was taped. (Chai! This one na were o, i said inwardly) Stop!!!!!! I screamed, i couldn't bear it, I unbuttoned my shirt and stopped. " remove it or I shoot her again"
I quickly remove the top as she also requested the shots too.
Me:- to what end is all these you are doing? U will never have me and u will never get away with this.
Jane:- shut up and and do what I ask u to do, once u do it, I will release her, u and I will disappear forever.
Me:- ( which kine devil b this na, omo see yawa disappear go where na, Baba God please save me from this I no go try am again). I was very reluctant to pulling my shots off but I was also scared she will pull the trigger on white, she's had much pain already,.. My mind started flashing back to how I met this devil and the how grave mistake it has been, I was a bit happy that I never showed her Bright's place when she insisted and she didn't even know where I stay but come to think of it, she went back to work, but how did she find us? How did she know about White and I? Where did she get these men? Is she a tug in disguise? I decided to slow things, thinking of way to outsmart her by taking the gun off her( Igbo guys we stubborn we no dey gree, which kine oppression b this na) I decided to open a discussion to buy time.
Me:- how did find us and who are the men standing outside?? (Luckily d question- trick worked)
Jane:- after I left back for work I had to come home to pick something one day when I incidentally saw u and her talking outside the subway hugging and kissing. Had been monitoring u and waiting patiently for my day to strike, had put these men to tail u. ( shit! It was the day white came to bring me lunch at work).

Me:- but u should have come to me to ask then I would have explained. Must u have gone to this length?
Jane:- (now she's had enough, of talking, shit! Time up). Shut up and drop down your shots. She kept the gun on a table afar as she came to have her way through me sexually. This lady has some strength but she can't match mine, i struggled to push her off, as I aimed to the table where the gun is when I heard two shots!! Gboua!!! Gboua!!!!!

They say life is made up of the choices we make and the ones we fail to make, there are three choices that live with every man everyday, the choice of oneself, the choice of the people around us and the choice of God. I guess this is one choice have made for myself.
I haven't been into any relationship that much, its not for anything else rather than greed and the lust for females, I always wanna have a taste of every creature in skirt.
Have I really been a bad person? Is Jane's action justifiable???
As I made my way through Jane to reach for the table where she had placed the gun, I heard shots!!/ omg!! Have been shot, my breathing seized for a moment, but wait, am not wounded, am not shot?! Who got shot? The next thing I heard was "everybody freeze, its the police" wao! Finally the police are here, I breath in an air of relieve.
The law states that any suspect armed and who wants to violently retaliate can be gunned down for self defense, Jane's men didn't wanna go down without a fight so they were brought down. I ran quickly to White, untaped her mouth and loosen
d rope binding here., I kissed her head and kept her tight in my arms. "Its over baby, its over now" just then I saw Alex and Bright walked in to hug us.
The ambulance came, and took the dead men's body away while all evidences were carefully handled and kept in a nylon, most especially the gun Jane had" she was cuffed and taken into detective Lawrence's car, along with his partner, they drove her away. Jane screamed in anger "no!!!!!!" Its not yet over"" she kept on screaming.
The medic team attended to White and myself,
I asked. "Did u bring the cops? How did u find us?"
Alex:- last night when u left, we saw a paper with an address written on it, we knew it might have fallen from you, we called your lines, it was off, which was very unusual, we went to check your place, it was locked and u weren't there, we had to wait till this morning, still not going through, then we sensed the kidnapper might have contacted you and just maybe the address was a clue to where u might be, we called detective Lawrence and that's how we got here.

Me:- am sorry I was too scared to tell u guys but I was glad u got the paper, had purposely left it behind, things were about going south and am glad you came just right on time. My calvary team...we forced a smile. We left the scene and went to Bright's place, that's our base to clean up.
Later that evening I and bright went to the police station to know how far they have gone with Jane's case. Alex stayed at home to look after the recuperating White.
Detective:- hello! Gentlemen, let's have a moment in my office please, u are right just in time.
We entered, had our seats as d following conversation transpired.
Detective:- I have interrogated her and so is our psychologist and our doctor. He paused, then continued. What's your relationship with miss Jane
Me:- we were closed friends. (He asked some other questions as he try take down my statement which I answered). Then he asked...
Detective law:- do u know she's a widow?
Me:- widow orgini? She told me her husband cheated on her and she divorced him. (Now am confused and shocked as bright watched the situation with interest).
Did u observed any unusual thing or attitude about her? In which I replied no.
Detective:- well..Mr chuks am I right (I replied yes as he continued). Miss Jane killed her husband, we had no real evidence then as she claimed it was in self defense, that her husband had violently treated her.. ( I opened my eye balls to full length). We are still on the case, and also from our medical reports we discovered she's suffering from nagitamosis, a mental-emotional trauma which causes her loosing her brain and acting wild without any remorse or feeling. Shes a danger to the world out there, we will keep her in custody and the doctors will do their work, we will press the case and the judge will decide her fate, what she did to you and the other lady was kidnapping and also an attempted murder crime. Ha! I opened my mouth. So she would have counted me on her numbers if not for God? Chineke meh o! Mama dirigi.( God I thank u). Me:- OK detective.. Thank you..
I and bright discussed it on our way home and we told the ladies what had happened at the station.
That night I opened everything all up to White as she also told me things about her I needed to know, we don't want any element of surprise anymore.

Everything went back to normal and we lived fine. Months rolled on months and Christmas was here, I was always updating my friends at home what's happening here and also vice versa.
Christmas was fun, nothing beats wen u have like a group outing. The year ended and each pressing day, we are doing great, living peacefully and Jane finally made it to stardom, we have enough money to establish ourselves, things went on that way.
Two years was up, but due to my great work dey extended my contract at work, I engaged white and I finally have my green card in u.k, i became a citizen.
We decided to come back home to Nigeria for a visit, bright Alex white and myself, it was a great feeling returning home. After greeting my friends and d introductions.
We celebrated and had fun. I didn't know who tipped cynti I was back o, one night I went out to get something from d car, na hin cynti appeared from nowhere started hugging kissing and romancing me.." I miss u chuks my love, I missed ur touch, please let me feel u I was trying to push her off when White showed. Chineke meh e!!! I don die. This girl don pour sand for my garri, I saw her face, she looked very angry as she walked towards me, I started rapping telling her its not what it seems, paaaaaaaa!!!!! Slap! White slapped cynti, never try that again, he's my man okay?? She faced me and says I saw everything love. Wao! What a great relieve.

I didn't let us use up to 2 weeks wen we left back for d u.k. safety first. When next we come to Nigeria it will be in the city and in our own house I said to her .
